SHIPPING & PRODUCTION POLICY

Because we create unique graphic apparel, custom tumblers, and vinyl stickers, all of our products are individually printed and made to order just for you. This means your items are fresh off the press when they arrive! 

PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIMES
• Graphic Apparel (Tees, Hoodies, Sweatshirts): Please allow 2–5 business days for printing and packaging before your order ships.
• Custom Tumblers & Mugs: Please allow 2–4 business days for production.
• Stickers & Decals: Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

During peak holiday seasons (such as November and December), production times may extend slightly due to higher volume. We appreciate your patience while we craft your custom gear!

SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been printed and carefully packed, it will be handed off to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or DHL). Standard transit times within the United States generally take 3–7 business days depending on your location. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your package ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's network.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing different types of products (for example, a hoodie and a coffee tumbler) may ship separately from different printing facilities. Do not alarm if one item arrives before the other—the rest of your order is safely on its way!

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package out a second time.
